So, Sopranos.... Blah blah blah. I get it. Yeah. Life goes on. Even for a psychopathic person like Tony. Things come, things go, they don’t really affect him long-term. He is like one of the ducks from the first season that he was so obsessed with... hold everything.... AHHA!

Back when he was focusing so much on the ducks he was actually unable to let things roll of his back like the ducks do. But one of his biggest flaws and also biggest saving graces is that he is able to let even the most heinous acts just roll right off his back. He doesn’t suffer remorse for cheating on his wife or killing his nephew. He lives in the now and takes care of the biz that needs his attention right now. Hunh. Maybe I just figured out the whole enchilada! This quality means that the war with the NY family is just another event in just another day. It doesn’t cause him to reassess his life, it’s just what he must deal with. And so, one of the great TV series closes its curtains. Disappointing for those action-junkies who became accustomed over the years to spectacular violence, but one that seems to make sense for the characters.

What did you think? How did you think it was gonna end?
